• revisions are free unless the final output is sent to the customer's email address
• claiming my commissioned pieces as one's own work is a criminal offense

• strictly no cancellation once paid. if ever i agree, 50% of your total payment will be your cancellation fee. this is to encourage everyone to be responsible buyers.
• reading my terms and conditions is a must ! any problem that is covered by my t&cs will not be my responsibility.
• refund will only be given if and only if the issue is my mistake. any damage, loss, etc. done by the courier or outside my address is not my responsibility. no unedited unpacking vid = no refund.
• buyer / seller personal info is strictly not to be shared with others. let us please keep each other's info confidential.
• shipping may be every weekend only unless stated otherwise.
• photos / videos during and after packing will be sent. rest assured that it is packed to safety.
• pay on time. late fee would cost php 20.00. after a week of not paying, your order will be cancelled and an exposing tweet would be posted.
